Restore Balance and Energy Through Earth Grounding

i’ve tried a lot of stuff for sleep and most of it doesn’t stick but this mat is just… there. and i fall asleep faster. not a huge difference at first but it builds.

I figured it was all hype but turns out grounding actually chills me out. Sleep’s deeper, my head feels quieter. I just plug it in and forget about it.

First night using Bareflow I knocked out fast, like really fast. Mmy muscles werent buzzing like usual and my brain just slowed down fro once. Wasnt expecting that

i used it at first just to try it and now it’s in my routine. i just sit down, let it touch my feet and eventually sleep comes easier. super low effort.

I sit on it while I work. It’s not instant but my horse while sitting improved and I feel clearer. Like less heavy in my body somehow.

I didn’t want another thing to manage but this requires so little attention. My physical therapist recommended this to me, and i love that it has NO apps and NO noise. I just rest my hands on it and sleep hits me quicker than usual

Took me a few nights to feel anything but now I fall asleep without the tossing and turning and I don’t wake up every 2 hours like I used to which is kinda wild. Impulse buy paid off lol
